1. Scope and Provider

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to the use of the mobile application "dasistevent" (hereinafter referred to as the "App"). The operator of the App is:

(hereinafter referred to as the "Provider" or "we").

1.2 By creating a user account or using the App, the user agrees to these GTC.

2. Description of Services

2.1 The App serves as an information and interaction platform for concerts, events, and entertainment offerings.

2.2 The App offers registered users features including, but not limited to:

  • Creating a personal user account.
  • Receiving information and updates about events.
  • Receiving push notifications regarding announcements and events.
  • Redirection to ticket providers or external partners.

2.3 Accessing content and creating a user account in the App are free of charge.

3. Registration, Account, and Requirements

3.1 Minimum Age: Registering a user account is permitted only to individuals who are at least 16 years old.

3.2 The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information upon registration.

3.3 Access credentials (password) must be kept strictly confidential. The user is liable for activities conducted under their account, provided they are responsible for the misuse.

3.4 Account Deletion: The user can delete their account at any time without stating reasons directly within the App settings or by sending an email to info@dasistevent.com.

4. Push Notifications

4.1 Registered users can enable push notifications for events and news.

4.2 These notifications can be disabled at any time via the smartphone settings or within the App.

5. Liability

5.1 The Provider does not guarantee constant, uninterrupted availability of the App.

5.2 The Provider is liable without limitation in cases of intent, gross negligence, as well as for damage resulting from injury to life, body, or health. In cases of slight negligence involving a breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damages.

6. Final Provisions

6.1 The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.

6.2 Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
